Maintenance Fitter – $50 per hour + Overtime | FMCG Manufacturing | Ongoing Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, offering consistent overtime, strong earning potential, and long-term stability.

You will be responsible for maintaining high-speed production equipment while supporting a safety-first and quality-driven operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative and reactive maintenance across production lines
• Fault finding and breakdown response on mechanical equipment
• Working on high-speed machinery and automated systems
• Equipment upgrades, installs, and continuous improvement tasks
• Completing maintenance reporting and documentation
• Working closely with production to minimise downtime
• Maintaining strong WHS standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Australian recognised Mechanical Trade qualification
• Proven experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments highly regarded
• Strong fault finding ability within a production setting
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong commitment to safety and team culture
• Must have full Australian working rights
